Seabulk Tankers operates and bareboat charters U.S.-flag petroleum and chemical carriers. Seabulk Tankers has been trusted by its customers to operate in some of the most environmentally sensitive areas of the United States, from the pristine waters of Alaska to the Florida coast.

United Ocean Services operates two Jones Act dry-bulk carriers which support the cross-Gulf trade of fertilizer, phosphate rock, coal, and petroleum coke.

Seabulk Towing, SEACOR’s harbor towing group, is a leading tugboat operator with marine terminal, bunkering, offshore towing and vessel docking operations along the Gulf Coast and Southeastern seaboard port system from Cape Canaveral, Florida, to Port Arthur, Texas, and within the Caribbean.

Seabulk Towing’s Advanced Rotortug® (“ART”) towing vessels, designed by Robert Allan Ltd., feature the unique triple Z-drive configuration, originally conceived and developed by KOTUG International BVof the Netherlands. Offering exceptional omni-directional maneuverability and control, with a redundant propulsion machinery configuration, the ARTseries offers enhanced performance for ship-handling, terminal support and vessel escort services.

Developed with assistance from the Elliott Bay Design Group, Seabulk Towing’s Ship Docking Modules (“SDMs”) are powered by twin Z-drives mounted fore and aft and together generating 4,200 horsepower. The unique design of this 90-foot tug can produce 100% of its ABS-certified bollard pull of 120,000 lbs. in any direction. Specifically built for ship-assist work in confined areas, the SDM provides powerful performance and ability to maneuver ultra-large commercial ships within narrow channels and environmentally sensitive waterways.

The government cargo group, Central Gulf Lines, Inc. (“CGL”) and Waterman Steamship Corporation, two long-established U.S.-based shipping lines, charter and operate U.S.-flag vessels which are enrolled in the U.S. government’s Maritime Security Program. CGL’s four Pure-Car-Truck-Carriers (“PCTCs”) transport U.S. military cargo as well as commercial and U.S. government-impelled cargo.

The ship management group, Seabulk Fleet Management LLC, provides competitive, global ship management solutions to third-party vessel owners for all types of deep-sea vessels.

SEACOR Island Lines is engaged in Caribbean roll-on/roll-off liner and break-bulk shipping. SEACOR Island Lines provides full-service, timely, professional, and dependable transport solutions from the U.S. to the Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos, and from Puerto Rico to the U.S. and British Virgin Islands.

Kotug Seabulk Maritime LLC (“KSM”), a joint venture between KOTUG International BV and Seabulk Towing, performs all terminal towage and bunkering operations for Borco Towing Company (a subsidiary of Buckeye Partners, L.P.) at their Buckeye Bahamas Hub (“BBH”) in Freeport, Bahamas. KSM’s four 2017 built tugboats, including two Rotortugs and two Stern Drives, and a bunker barge support BBH which currently has over 26 million barrels of storage capacity and eight berths, including two VLCC-capable berths, making it the largest petroleum products storage terminal in the Western Hemisphere.

Trailer Bridge, a joint venture, transports cargo weekly between Jacksonville, Florida and San Juan, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the Virgin Islands.

CG Rail Inc. (“CGR”), a joint venture with Genesee & Wyoming Inc., is a short line railroad that operates two rail ferries, each capable of loading 113 railcars. CGR has terminal operations in Mobile, Alabama, and Coatzacoalcos, Mexico, allowing railcars to access its ships and transit more quickly than overland routes from the U.S. and Canada to Mexico. CGR also has a full service rail car repair facility in Mobile.
