KSM

A provider of marine terminal services, towage and bunkering operations in the Bahamas and Caribbean.

CG Railway

A Class III short-line railroad offering a rail ferry service connecting Mobile, Alabama and Coatzacoalcos, Mexico.

Bunge-SCF Grain

An operator of terminal grain elevators in Illinois.

SCF Bunge Marine

A provider of towing services on the U.S. inland waterways.

Interbarge

A subsidiary of SCFCo Holdings that provides transportation of agricultural and industrial commodities on South America’s Hidrovia Paraná Paraguay waterways.

O'Brien's do Brazil

A joint venture between Witt O’Brien’s and OceanPact known as O’Brien’s do Brasil, which is an emergency consulting organization providing preparedness, response and recovery services in Brazil.

VA&E

A commodity trading platform focused on the global sugar, ethanol and diesel markets, pairing producers and buyers and arranging transportation and logistics.
