SCF Marine, an inland marine service subsidiary of SEACOR, is an inland river barge operator with more than 25 years of experience. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, SCF Marine controls over 1,000 barges operating along the Gulf Intracoastal WaterWays.

The Gateway Terminals facility is located on the Mississippi River in Sauget, Illinois (St. Louis) at Mile Marker 177.3. This unique facility is designed to provide high speed clean petroleum product and ethanol storage and transfer in and out of the terminal on water, by Gateway’s unit train capabilities or by truck. This allows product stored or aggregated at Gateway Terminals to be rapidly delivered to other key U.S. markets as needed.

Waxler is part of SEACOR Holdings Inc.'s Inland River Services business segment and a sister company to SCF Marine Inc. Together, the business segment owns, operates, invests in and markets inland river transportation equipment. SEACOR's Inland River fleet is among the industry's newest fleets of dry cargo and liquid tank barges transporting agricultural, industrial, chemical and petrochemical products on the U.S. Inland River Waterways, primarily the Mississippi River, Illinois River, Tennessee River, Ohio River and their tributaries and the Gulf Intracoastal Waterways.
